Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Payment Failure

If your payment fails, please check with your bank or payment provider before making another payment.

If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, the amount may be automatically reversed by your bank or payment gateway.

All product prices will be displayed on the website. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other charges will be shown before you complete your order.

Please never share your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, OTP, or banking password with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent AuroTex Boutique.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The time taken for the refund to reach your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
