Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

• Incorrect product or pricing information
• Incorrect or incomplete customer details
• Other unavoidable circumstances

If payment has already been made, an eligible refund will be processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided for:

• Approved order cancellations
• Products that are unavailable after order confirmation
• Wrong or damaged products received
• Approved returns, as per our Return & Exchange Policy

4. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method.

The time taken for the refund to reach your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part or otherwise required under applicable law.

6. Failed Payments

If money has been deducted but your order was not successfully placed, the amount will normally be reversed by the payment gateway or bank. If you do not receive the amount within the applicable timeframe, please contact us.
